Tony Norris is a performance poet based in Brisbane. He started out in late 2019 performing at open mics hosted by local groups such as Voices of Colour, and Ruckus Slam Poetry. Since then, he has spoken at different events in Brisbane and abroad, has made state finals for the Australian Slam Championship, and hosted open mics at the Gold Coast Libraries. His work aims to explore how our identities inform our external connections both with each other and the environments we inhabit.
